As water utilities go through significant changes there is a drive for greater cost efficiencies and improved customer service. To meet these increasing pressures innovative approaches will be required. It is clear that the water industry is good at innovating, but is not as good at adopting and embedding transformative innovations. This session will explore how the water industry can better embrace and implement innovations exploring a range of perspectives and experiences of successful adoption strategies, and real lessons learnt.
