In Ofwat’s PR19 draft methodology, the regulator has signalled a tougher line on leakage, setting down a number of challenges to companies such as a 15% reduction by 2025. With this in mind, this seminar will ask how companies can innovate to reduce leakage in a more cost-efficient way, with best practice and case studies from industry leaders.
