Ancel Boucher

Ancel joined Vyntelligence in 2021, he works with UK and European utilities clients to shape new ways of working, fundamentally changing the way they engage with their customers, reducing unnecessary site visits, improving workmanship and delighting customers with better, faster communication channels.

Ancel founded his career in the industry with 7 years at Severn Trent Water, working in operational, procurement and technology roles. He started IBM in 2011 as a consultant on a number of complex transformation programmes, including 2 years in Australia. He progressed into Account Management, his last role was Head of Sales for the Utility sector.
