Charles Clark

Charley Clark is a Senior Manager in the Data Policy and Regulation Team in Ofgem’s Energy Systems Management & Security portfolio. He has been involved in the recent review of the Data Best Practice Principles, and the current consultation. He is a relatively recent convert to the world of policy, having spent most of his career in investigation; both in the Civil Service and, prior to that, nearly a decade as a detective in the Met Police.
