Dan Adcock is Cadent’s Director of Customer Experience, he has over 15 years of gas industry experience working across multiple areas including asset, data, planning and customer roles. He has direct accountability for the Gas Emergency service contact centres that Cadent operate for all of the UK and Northern Ireland, in addition to Dispatch and Connections functions for Cadent’s regulatory networks.

 

A passionate advocate for customers, and the use of data insights to inform the change agenda. Cadent have delivered significant improvements in experiences for customer’s during his tenure as Customer Director, resulting in increased scores for Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Handling metrics.
