Gareth Barker

Gareth has worked in the water industry for the past 20 years within both water and sewerage. He is currently Head of Developer Services at Affinity Water where he specialises in market and data-led delivery of infrastructure to meet the needs of a growing population and climate change. He has worked with housing and land developers for the past decade and is excited for the opportunities that water neutrality and smart metering can bring over the coming years.
