Jenny McGreavey

With over 25 years in HR and Operations across a variety of sectors, I’ve been working as People Director for Cadent Gas for the last 4 years, with accountability for Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Collective Bargaining, Trade Union Relations and Employment Law.  Cadent Gas employ almost 6,500 people managing 4 of the 8 gas distribution networks across the UK and managing the gas emergency helpline in its entirety. My role allows me to work closely with our operational teams and corporate functions to support them in designing and implementing people plans to enable achievement of organisational outcomes and our overarching vision.  Operating in a complex heavily unionised environment, my operational experience coupled with HR enables me to challenge the status quo & push boundaries whilst delivering people initiatives that are focused on business outcomes and will deliver what our customers need and when they need it.
