Jess Alce, Innovation Business Lead: Operational Technology at Severn Trent. Jess is responsible for a team of innovation technical experts that test and deliver new operational technology into the business alongside a team of project managers; whether that be physical, biological, carbon or drone based. Jess is also an Associate member of IChemE and has experience working in a customer focused operational atmosphere that is driven by commercial and operational performance optimisation.
