Lewis Heather

Lewis Heather is a Director in Baringa’s Policy, Regulation and Economics practice. He is an expert in energy market design and regulation with close to 15 years of experience across the length of the energy supply chains. Lewis started his career at Ofgem where he spent seven years working on wholesale and retail market design, network regulation and incentivisation. He has spent the last seven years working as a consultant at CEPA and Baringa, supporting public and private sector clients to design and navigate energy sector policy and regulation on the path to net zero.

Lewis is currently leading work commissioned by National Grid Electricity Transmission to undertake an independent assessment of suitable regulatory approaches to future transmission investment needs for 2035 and beyond.
