Paul Fuller

Paul has 15 years’ experience working in energy markets in the UK and Ireland, both for regulated companies and regulators. 

In his current role as Head of Regulation at So Energy Paul is responsible for, among other things, designing the company's policy plan - setting out a vision of a future energy market and So Energy's role within it. So Energy is part of ESB Group, a vertically integrated utility with a commitment to achieve Net Zero by 2040.
