Sean Coleman
Sean Coleman joined National Grid in 2002 as an Electrical Engineering Advanced Apprentice. He spent several years maintaining and repairing High Voltage substation equipment. Sean has since undertaken several roles including Work Planning, Asset Health Engineering, Asset Investment Engineering and Outage Planning Leadership. In August 2022, he undertook the position of Manager for the Deeside Centre for Innovation, the first of its kind in Europe where electricity network assets can be tested under real life conditions, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He also leads the Strategic Innovation Fund portfolio for NGET.
