Stuart Grant

Stuart is a Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years' experience in the planning, design and construction of complex infrastructure projects.  He joined the Thames Tideway Tunnel project in February 2016 and leads the Commercial Agreements and Property teams, responsible for all third-party agreements, including managing the commercial interface / relationship with Thames Water (the end user of the tunnel).

Prior to joining Tideway, Stuart was UK Operations Manager for the Dutch utility Eneco and Project Director for their joint venture with EDF - Navitus Bay Offshore Wind Park.  He was the UK Operations Director for TCI (Australian Communications / Renewables Group) and was on the board of several group companies and start-ups including Personal Broadband UK .  His early career was with the major project’s division of Costain on projects including the Jubilee Line Extension (London Bridge) and the A34 Newbury Bypass.
