  • The Ability to manage and integrate all existing legacy infrastructure from CCTV NVR’s / DVR’s, rapid deployment cameras, building alarms and intercoms.
  • WinGuard provides improved and enhanced System Reporting & Incident Management for logging and reporting crimes such as assault, theft and anti-social behaviour. These enhanced reports and live data dashboards provide accurate data for reporting to the wider departments on trends and hence help understanding on where improvements need to be made.
  • WinGuard future proofs  clients for years to come as new and existing technologies can in seamlessly integrated, quickly and at a low cost which enables the control centre to offer more services to the wider community improving safety and security but also adding value way beyond the traditional public space CCTV control room such as:
    • The monitoring of essential IT Infrastructure such as switches, switch ports, UPS’s, CPU usage and temperatures on servers etc. These services are generally outsourced by the council but with WinGuard it is now possible to bring these in house.
    • Integrating systems outside our normal security scope such as building management systems and IoT devices. Monitoring and reporting on the efficiency of buildings to introduce energy saving measures helping reduce costs and take further steps in sustainability commitment.
    • Lone worker monitoring; helping to monitor and protect the safety of staff such are social workers and maintenance staff.
