Flex Assure

Flex Assure, a not-for-profit originally established by the Association of Decentralised Energy, was created to develop codes of conduct and a compliance scheme which sets common standards for flexibility service providers. The scheme is designed to ensure trust, transparency and adherence to high standards within the industrial and commercial flexibility marketplace. By adhering to these standards, flexibility service providers can demonstrate their commitment to ethical practices, customer trust and regulatory compliance as well as helping give DSR customers assurance that they will receive good quality service from registered scheme members.
