Secure and simple. Payzu – the payment app

We have been busy developing a game changer – the Payzu app.

Payzu enables bill issuers to get paid faster, improving their customers’ experience. It’s appropriate for any non-Direct Debit variable bill. There are benefits for bill issuers, BPO providers and end users.
We have been speaking to customers here in the UK as well as mainland Europe and South Africa, and their interest is refining our development of Payzu.

If your bills are printed and mailed you can onboard your customers using that paper bill (via QR code directing customers to their App Store). In future you can then push notifications rather than print and mail, saving you thousands or even millions of pounds in costs. Or as Royal Mail MarketReach research shows, to enhance response you could continue to mail and simply direct your customers to pay using Payzu, as this postal call to action with online completion is proven to work. Our R&D team have worked with document composition suppliers who can help you create the necessary QR codes simply, so integration and development within your IT departments can be taken care of.

Alternatively, if you have email and mobile details we can onboard your customers directly via their App Store, ideal for “Generation Rent” who may be less inclined to set up Direct Debits. Their expectations of a mobile enabled world are wholly met by Payzu – pay now, on the go.

As part of our take-to-market strategy we are exhibiting at Utility Week Live at the NEC Birmingham on May 22nd and 23rd. We will be meeting with the movers and shakers of this key target sector for Payzu, demonstrating the Payzu app and how its true multi-channel engagement enables utilities to save money, get paid faster and gain a new direct communication conduit to their customers.

Payzu is a multi-channel bill presentment and payment solution ideal for utilities, councils, debt management businesses and others. As a business we have many years of deep tech experience with secure payment solutions for online payments and e-commerce. Our clients include Santander, West Yorkshire Metro (West Yorkshire Combined Authority), Machine Mart and Edinburgh’s Queen Margaret University to name just a few.
