Ayisha has a career spanning across the utilities sector within various disciplines, such as; Change and Transformation, Training and Certification, Business Development and Growth, Resource and Workforce Development, EDI and Strategic Partnerships. Currently working in Strategic Advisory for Aqua Consultants, she supports Water, Environment and Energy organisations to transform and grow. Her area of expertise includes Strategic Advisory, Strategy and Business Case Development, Resource Management and leading Stakeholder Engagement across functions and businesses. She is a critical thinker, an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and a mentor for the Women Utilities Network. Ayisha is also a member of the Institute of Water Midlands section committee, championing professional and personal development within the water sector.Ayisha has supported organisations to digitalise their operations and processes, whilst building skilled capability and workforce resilience. She has acted as an advocate for emerging talent and championed the need for a more digital and multi-skilled diverse workforce within the utilities sector.
