Chris Plester, Net Gain Technical Lead in National Grid Electricity Transmission, current role is leading on the development and implementation of 2030 Nature strategy, and supporting the Electricity Transmission business in the delivery of current nature positive commitments including, Biodiversity Net Gain, Natural Capital and understanding of the Nature impacts and dependencies within supply chain. 
Chris has worked at National Grid for over 28 years across a range of environmental and sustainability roles both within business units and corporate centre which has helped to build a wide network of collaborators including energy sector peers, NGOs, wider industry and academia.
