Azar has an avid passion for research and innovation and brings with her almost two decades of academic and business research experience. She is currently Head of Research at WRc, where her role is focused on strategic futuring and utilization of market data and foresights for shaping the future of the business.Before joining WRc, Azar directed and developed research services for a range of UK companies across different sectors, such as Pearson and Cushman & Wakefield. All her previous experiences have centred around the acquisition of data and market intelligence for professional and commercial purposes. Azar enjoys a good analytical challenge and uses her research expertise to help clients navigate the future with confidence. Azar earned her doctorate from the University of Reading. Prior to that, she was awarded a pre-doctoral fellowship by Dumbarton Oaks, a research institute of Harvard University, in Washington D.C. She completed her executive education at London Business School.
