Before joining Ofwat, Helen Campbell was the Director of Strategy, Performance and Assurance at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority reporting to the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury.She previously worked in roles across National Grid over a 13-year tenure, latterly as Director of Strategy, Performance and Assurance in National Grid Gas Transmission. Prior to joining National Grid, she held positions in consulting, financial services and energy companies. Helen holds a degree in Economics from Nottingham University and an MA in European Economics from the College of Europe, Belgium.
