With over 30 years experience in customer service, the past two years as Affordability and Vulnerability lead at Southern Water have proven to be the most impactful. My role focuses on ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances can access their water and wastewater services. Vulnerability can touch anyone at any stage of their life and I am proud to lead the team in designing and delivering services that meet the needs of our customers. It’s important we have the right support in place when it’s needed and I look forward to taking our ambitious plans forward into our next AMP (Asset Management Plan).
