Paul is Director of Projects at CIWEM, where his work spans opportunities and challenges covering water and environmental management. His work bridges policy, science and the delivery of good practice. He has coordinated the development of national initiatives to support the production and sharing of good practice for surface water management, integrated water management, flood resilience and Nature-based Solutions, particularly Sustainable Drainage Systems and Property Flood Resilience.
