Penny Hitch is the Head of Water Optimisation at Anglian Water in the UK. She leads a team of highly skilled engineers and data analysts to solve operational issues and key business challenges through data led solutions, innovation and continuous improvement to ensure a sustainable service for our communities, stakeholders and the environment. Penny has a background in project and programme delivery and has held various positions over the last 24 years, delivering operational excellence resulting in process and performance enhancements.
