Robyn leads the Connections Change Delivery team at the ESO working on policy changes, short term reform and digitisation activities to improve and enhance the customer connections experience. Robyn joined National Grid in 2010 and has worked across a variety of areas including industry codes, Electricity Market Reform, Regulation and most recently was Executive Advisor to the Executive Director before moving into connections in December 2023.
