Sarah Pearl is a Net Zero Strategy Engineer at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks. As part of the Whole System team, Sarah channels insight from local stakeholders into SSEN’s needs case for strategic investment that will power local ambition. She works with local authorities to understand their pathways to Net Zero and how their needs of the network will evolve along the way. She is currently involved with the rollout of SSEN’s Local Energy Net Zero Accelerator. This is a geospatial planning software designed to help local authorities optimally place energy assets and manage their decarbonisation journeys.
