With over 10 years experience in Customer Service, Troy is responsible for Customer Experience Strategy and Service Design at SSEN Distribution, specialising in consumer behaviour, customer experience and journey/UX design. Troy also chairs the industry working group for Customer Service and Consumer Vulnerability.
