Dai joined Severn Trent in May 2022 and has been working on innovation projects related to the monitoring and abatement of process emissions and digital twins. Previously, Dai was a process engineer specializing in both domestic and industrial wastewater treatment. He also has research experience in resource recovery from wastewater and sludge treatment systems.
