Jennifer Davies is the Head of Workforce Renewals at SP Energy Networks, where she leads long‑term workforce planning and the development of trainee and early‑career talent pipelines across Scotland, England, and Wales. She Co‑chairs Scotland’s Apprenticeship Approvals Group and works closely with the skills sector—including SDS and EU Skills—and partners with colleges and universities to strengthen pathways into the energy industry. With over 18 years’ experience across the ScottishPower Group, she brings expertise in organisational development, operational delivery, customer insights and vulnerability strategy.
