Marcin Szczepanik is a recognised cyber security and operational resilience leader with more than 20 years of experience protecting critical infrastructure across the electricity, energy, chemicals, and industrial sectors. He currently serves as Head of Information Security and NIS Responsible Officer for SP Electricity North West, part of Scottish Power Group, where he leads cyber resilience, regulatory assurance, and OT security initiatives supporting critical electricity distribution operations.

A trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, regulators, and industry partners, Marcin specialises in cyber risk management, operational technology security, and resilience within critical national infrastructure.
