Min Guan

Min Guan is Head of Commercial for Flexibility at Octopus Energy, where she leads commercial strategy and operations across the company’s consumer flexibility portfolio. She focuses on unlocking and optimising value capture across flexibility markets and tariffs. Prior to Octopus, Min held advisory leadership roles across the energy sector as well as P&L ownership roles in energy and fixed-income trading.
