Chemsafe Single and Dual Contained Drainage
We manufacture and install the complete above and below ground Pipex Chemsafe single wall pipe and dual contained pipework system with associated manholes, holding tanks, pumping stations, floor drains and channels for various applications including industrial waste, pharmaceutical process waste and bio-waste containment.
Our Dual Contained system is used for Bio-Waste applications where a fully welded sealed system is required for the safe transmission of bio-hazardous fluids for high containment level ACDP CL2, CL3 and CL4 laboratory applications. Materials of manufacture include Homopolymer Polypropylene (PP-H), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF).
Our systems are designed for maximum visual inspection and minimum physical man-entry maintenance, and we offer unique offsite manufacturing and integrity testing techniques, enabling site delivery of pre-assembled and pre-tested itemized pipe spools for fast-track installation with minimal site jointing required.*
