Our in-house designed packaged pump stations are customizable for specific project needs. Choose from rectangular or circular options for applications such as foul water, surface water, or corrosive waste.
We can manufacture pump stations up to 4m diameter and 6 meters deep to suit project specific requirements in thermoplastic or GRP. Our pumping stations are supplied with benching profiles as required to suit the submersible pump configuration.
Internal pipework, pump pedestals, guide rails and lifting chains are installed at the factory. Instrumentation such as level floats, ultrasonic level control is installed at the factory. We can install any specific submersible pump set from the various approved UK suppliers for use within the Utility Water Market. From peak flows we can assist with the sizing of the wet well chamber and provide detailed drawings to support the specification.
Pumping stations materials include thermoplastic homopolymer polypropylene (PP-H), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and UPVC.
