QUICK-TWIST makes it much easier for you. Fittings are generally replaced using fitting and removal pieces made of (stainless) steel or cast iron. Removal is made possible by screwing the adjusting nuts and threaded rods against one of the flanges several times. This reduces the length of the fitting and removal piece. This procedure is very time-consuming and cumbersome, both for installation and removal. In addition, the existing stainless steel or cast iron fitting and removal pieces are very heavy and therefore do not simplify manual handling. Reinert-Ritz has tackled this problem and developed QUICK-TWIST, a solution that your fitters will love and that makes their work much easier. Made of PE100 it is over 60% lighter than the equivalent cast iron or stainless steel versions and is completely corrosion free.
