The Roxtec KOF is a pre-sealing solution designed for concrete structures, offering water ingress protection during construction and enabling later installation of cables, pipes, and sealing components that also provide fire protection. The system ensures a dry, protected site with built-in spare capacity for

last-minute changes and future expansion.

Key Features:

• Material & Sustainability: Made from lightweight, recyclable ABS plastic, the frame is corrosion-free and non-magnetic, reducing CO₂ impact compared to steel frames.
• Adaptability: The standard depth of 100mm (4”)  can be adjusted using 50mm (2”) adapters to fit wall thickness,
• eliminating the need for casting molds. Installation options include nails, screws, glue, or magnets. 
• Space Efficiency: Integrated connection  functionality allows for area-efficient clusters in any direction. It also serves as transportation protection for  prefabricated shelters and kiosks.
• Fire & Water Protection: When combined with Roxtec blue sealing components, the frame forms a fire- rated, watertight transit for multiple cables, ensuring safety and compliance with future regulations. For underground applications, black Roxtec UG™ components provide complete  watertightness.
