Alanna Gluck is a Senior Consultant at Connected Places Catapult, where she leads strategic engagement for the Climate Resilience Decision Optimiser (CReDO) programme. Her work focuses on enabling trusted cross‑sector data sharing to support infrastructure resilience, climate adaptation, and better decision‑making across energy, water, transport, and telecoms.
Alanna works closely with regulators, infrastructure owners, and industry bodies to translate complex technical innovation into clear value propositions and practical routes to adoption. She has extensive experience convening multi‑stakeholder partnerships and translating complex policy objectives, organisational strategy and technical information into actionable plans for implementation. She is particularly interested in how resilient infrastructure underpins critical services, including health, education, and other essential public services, and how digital tools and shared data can support more joined‑up, system‑wide resilience and decision making.
