Anca is an energy policy leader with experience across government, industry and academia. Currently, Anca works for Axle Energy, a flexibility aggregator, leading the strategy, policy and regulation function. Anca was previously the Head of Flexibility and Digitalisation Strategy at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero where she led the publication of the Clean Flexibility Roadmap. Anca has recently finished her PhD on energy flexibility policy at the University of Oxford
