As Transformation and Programme Director at Cadent, Bianca leads strategic initiatives that strengthen security, operational resilience, and enable technology-driven change. She oversees a large-scale transformational programme and the security at Cadent, encompassing physical security, information security, operational technology security, and cyber security governance, risk and compliance (GRC). Her previous roles include leading the RIIO-3 business plan programme at Cadent which set out the company's detailed five-year plan to the regulator, Ofgem. Prior to that, Bianca led commercial and governance in IT, which included management of IT procurement, commercial, PMO, and SAP GRC teams. Combining nearly 25 years’ hands on experience with a law degree and recently completed MBA, Bianca brings deep expertise in shaping strategic outcomes through the delivery of complex programmes, underpinned by strong commercial and security governance to drive business success.
