Carl leads Capgemini’s Energy Retail and Central Markets business, bringing nearly four decades of experience delivering large-scale digital transformation, complex sourcing and enterprise technology programmes for energy and infrastructure organisations. He works with executive teams to turn the energy transition into measurable outcomes - greater resilience, improved customer value and accelerated decarbonisation. He champions Capgemini’s engagement with the Utility Week Flexibility Forum and works closely with global partners to shape and deliver change across the sector. His portfolio spans cloud, data and analytics and operational platforms - helping organisations improve data transparency, strengthen governance and build forecasting capabilities that support confident operational and market decisions. Today, he is focused on accelerating the flexibility market - from consumer assets upward - using technology to unlock new value at scale. Central to this is building trust across the value chain through greater transparency and reliable forecasting.
