Danielle Williams is the Capital Framework Manager at Welsh Water, responsible for leading the implementation of the Capital Delivery framework strategy. Collaborating with thirteen Capital Partner organisations, Danielle undertakes a key role in the delivery of Welsh Water’s most ambitious Capital Investment programme to date. She focuses on improving client-contractor relationships, encouraging positive behaviours, and managing contractor performance and strategic work allocation to enable data-driven decision making that informs delivery strategy. Leveraging her expertise in Operational Research and Systems Thinking, Danielle fosters authentic and effective collaboration, driving optimal delivery outcomes for both customers and the environment.
