Dr Nina Klein is a Flexibility Policy Expert at Ofgem, working in the Decentralised Energy Systems team. Key projects include Clean Power 2030, Flexibility Digital Infrastructure policy enabling small scale flexibility to access ESO and DSO markets, and the Smart Secure Energy Systems program licencing aggregators and standardising smart appliances. Previously, Nina was an Energy Engineer at BEIS advising on smart energy policy, including PAS 1878/79 for Energy Smart Appliances.
