As Deputy Director for Retail Flexibility and Consumer Experience, Fiona is responsible for driving forward Ofgem's work on what's needed to scale up consumer led flexibility as well as ensuring the implications for the retail market and consumer experience are effectively understood and that Ofgem's regulation can adapt as needed to create an enabling environment. Fiona has been at Ofgem for the past 7 years, working across various policy areas, such as system governance, network price controls and flexibility, all with the common goal of delivering a cost effective, decarbonised and flexible energy system that works for consumers.
