Gaby is a nature-based solutions (NbS) specialist with over 20 years of experience integrating innovation and practical implementation in the water sector. She is currently leading strategic consulting projects for UK water utilities and regulators while maintaining academic links as Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University. She has extensive expertise in treatment wetlands and their integration with conventional technologies, developed through roles across Canada, USA, Argentina, and UK. Gaby is the current Chair of the Constructed Wetland Association, has been an elected member of the management committee of the IWA Specialist Group on Wetland Systems for Water Pollution Control since 2012..
