Geraldine is Global VP of Product at Octopus Energy, where she's spent the last three years helping shape one of the most exciting companies in the energy space. Before that, she led Product at Bulb and is a former management consultant. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Management from ESCP Europe, but what really drives her is straightforward: making energy retail genuinely work better for customers and for the world. Great CX isn't a side interest - it's the thread running through everything she does. Outside of work, you'll find her on the tennis court.
