Heidi is the Head of Universal Metering for South Staffs & Cambridge Water, responsible for ensuring that all homes in the region have a water meter installed. Heidi also looks after the smart data strategy, linking to customer, leakage and reducing consumption. Having been in the industry for over 10 years, running programme across multiple departments, Heidi is also a member of the Womens Utilities Network, helping to support women within the sector to stay and thrive.
