Katie Petherbridge is the Innovation Delivery Manager at National Gas. In this role, Katie leads the Innovation Delivery team, who are supporting the development of the Hydrogen Safety Case, by building technical understanding and capabilities across the business for a range of topics such as asset, materials, automation and digitalisation. This safety case is central to achieving the UK’s transition to a net zero energy future.

Katie has an engineering background with career highlights of working for Jaguar Land Rover, Bentley, Fortescue (WAE) and Mi-GSO PCUBED. She is Chair of the EU Hydrogen Gas Asset Readiness Safety Working Group, a role she undertakes alongside leading her team.
