Luke Blackaby

Luke works within the strategy team at Ofgem, where his main area of focus lies in the Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF). From a strategy and policy perspective, he coordinates the SIF, working closely with Ofgem's delivery partner, Innovate UK. Luke's primary goal is to ensure that the SIF effectively facilitates innovation in line with Ofgem's 2035 targets.
