Mark is a retrofit project manager for Oxfordshire County Council, managing large-scale domestic retrofit programmes such as Warm Homes: Local Grant. Between 2024-25 he was the lead at Oxfordshire for the award-winning Energy Saver App project, reaching thousands of residents, encouraging energy efficiency, and saving residents money on their bills. The project also installed solar and battery technology for 306 homes through an energy as a service subscription, optimising battery export to benefit the resident. He has extensive experience in local government, delivering projects that enable positive outcomes for residents.
