Mike is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 20 years’ experience in landscape and catchment scale restoration, Nature-based Solution (NbS) and natural capital strategies. He has worked extensively for environmental non-governmental organisations and the private sector leading global biodiversity restoration programmes. Mike is the Stantec UK&I Integrated Catchment Approach Lead, Water Environment Portfolio Lead (Midlands), European lead for eDNA and global lead for the UN Decade of Restoration. He has a strong background in NbS through a system thinking approach to landscape & catchment restoration strategies and delivery.
