Mumin has been working in the water sector for over 18 years undertaking various leadership roles including roles in leakage management, metering, water resources management plans to leading the development of a water company’s five-year business plan. Mumin is currently Head of Innovation at South Staffs & Cambridge Water and a Non-Executive Director for Waterwise. Mumin has successfully secured and led innovation projects and was the main architect and project lead in delivering the Ofwat innovation funded project - Water efficiency in faith and diverse communities. He has a strong passion for demand management, sustainability and working with harder-to-engage communities. He is currently the Waterwise Board champion for EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion) and a Board Member for Spring, the UK water sector’s innovation centre of excellence.
