Ola is a commercial and procurement expert at PA Consulting, leading on Infrastructure & Capital Projects within Energy & Utilities. She brings over 17 years of experience mainly focused on the development and delivery of major infrastructure projects in complex commercial and stakeholder environments, across oil & gas, energy, nuclear and transport sectors. She has also practiced as a commercial and construction lawyer within private practice as well as legal counsel and commercial manager for a major energy EPC company. She has extensive experience negotiating complex agreements on major programmes, and her delivery experience spans legal, procurement, contract management and project controls. Some of the major programmes Ola has worked on include Crossrail, Sizewell C, Sizewell B, HS2, Sellafield PPP and other major capital projects with her experience spanning traditional procurement, PPP/PFI, alliances and enterprise models.
