Paul Sexton is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the water industry, specialising in the delivery of large capital programmes. He began his career with Thames Water, working on leakage reduction, major infrastructure projects and supply-demand planning for London. He later worked with Veolia, leading bid development and operational contracts, including smart metering programmes. Since joining Scottish Water in 2014, Paul has led major capital alliances and has championed collaborative delivery models across the supply chain, delivering over £2bn of infrastructure investment. He is currently leading Scottish Water’s SR27 Enterprise delivery model, shaping a new approach to long-term, collaborative infrastructure delivery.
